SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free local delivery – Port Lincoln – and $12.5 flat-rate nation-wide shipping per box. Shipped products are through the Australia Post system. All postage is Parcel Post and standard delivery times apply. If you require Express Postage, please email your order to: hello@portlincolngourmetboxco.com.au and current Express Postage rates will be quoted.
Our gift boxes are posted in an external mailing carton with our business logo stamped on the outside. The carton is then placed in a pre-paid Parcel Post satchel along with delivery instructions like: FRAGILE. Please note – while we do our utmost to ensure your gourmet box is packed securely, Australia Post does not provide a Fragile delivery service. In the unlikely event your gourmet box does not arrive in the condition you, or us here at PLGBCo. expect – damaged, broken products – please email us and we will discuss replacement options.
Orders received before 10am will generally be delivered or shipped same day – dependent on stock availability. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will generally be delivered or shipped next business day.
