OUR BESPOKE BOXES
PLGBCo. boxes come in white or kraft. Our bespoke boxes feature a magnetic tab closure and handle, with silver foil branding on the lid and Spot UV tile design and script on the inside of the lid. Our range of non-handled logo boxes feature a magnetic tab closure and ribbon detail.
OUR NATURAL SKIN CARE
Alchemellia Natural skin care is our in house skincare business, with our luxury skin care made right here in our bricks and mortar store. Small Batch with all natural and certified organic ingredients we strive to make nourishing and luxury skin care that will have you coming back for more, and more. We have a signature kids range, and adults range too.
All items have packaging labels with dedicated ingredients (in layman’s terms). Please note, most of our skin care products contain nourishing nut oils - please test patch if this is your first time using our skin care, and discontinue use if irritations occur.
We often make a custom batch of body butter, body lotion and/or TTBB with limited allergen - please reach out at hello@bostonbaycollective.com.au if you would like to be notified of nut free skin care.
OUR ARTISAN CHOCOLATE SELECTIONS
Boston Bay Gourmet is our house brand. We saw a need for delicious chocolate sweets and gourmet treats for our bespoke gift box ranges, but we fell in love with the art of chocolatiering - and that love has been returned by our repeat customers. Using only the finest Belgian chocolate and developed our signature range of chocolate blocks from 6 flavours to 21 options.
All care instructions, allergen & ingredient information & nutritional panels are listed on our luxe packaging developed by another local business (@thevisualcollective - who we highly recommend). However If you have any concerns with your chocolate products, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@bostonbaycollective.com.au and
Whilst the utmost care is taken to restrict contamination of allergen products, we do warn customers that allergen free items are still made in the same kitchen as nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergic ingredients. Please take care if you are highly allergic.
GREETING CARDS
In our Bespoke gift boxes, We include a two-sided greeting card. A blank side for a personalised message (be sure to let us know what you would like written on your card at checkout in your order notes) and the reverse features an occasional message - E.g. Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Love you etc.

Our point of difference from many gift boxes on the market is our support of small and local businesses in the Eyre Peninsula region, with a passion for small batch, quality produce and attention to detail. PLGBCo is heroing the amazing region that is rich with delicious produce and products. Our business has grown from our gift boxes to now offering all items individually online and in store, as-well as our bespoke gift boxes.
We also hero the option of choice and customisation - our Box builder is one of our most popular products allowing you to tailor the gifting experience to the recipient.
THE GOOD STUFF INSIDE
All our products are local – sourced from Eyre Peninsula artisans. Some are not widely available for retail purchase and Boston Bay Collective is the exclusive retailer of some products. 98% of our products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration until open, if at all. Our refrigerated lines – Melt handmade fudge, smoked & pickled seafood products – are available for local orders and delivery only at this stage.
SHARING THE REGION’S SEAFOOD
Looking to send some of the region’s world-famous Tuna to family and friends interstate? Good news our fabulous Tuna in a Jar and Kin Tuna products are shelf stable, so can be shipped nation-wide, no refrigeration required until opened. We are working on sourcing suitable packaging, which will allow our other fabulous seafood offerings to be shipped. Watch this space!!

While the idea for PLGBCo. started from wanting to showcase all the fabulous regional fare, our boxes contain so much more! Our range of products has expanded to include: the most delicious chocolate and locally made skin care, candles, perfume, homewares and more. We offer gifting solutions for New Homes, Birthdays, His hers or Theirs occasions, New mum &/or New Baby, and just about any other occasion you could think of. We’re constantly updating and adding to our product lines, so please ask if there is something in particular you are looking for.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free local delivery for orders over $75 in the Port Lincoln Region. We have a $18 flat-rate nation-wide shipping per box, with more affordable shipping options ($11) for those just purchasing individual items. Shipped products are through the Australia Post system. All postage is Parcel Post and standard delivery times apply. If you require Express Postage, please email your order to: hello@portlincolngourmetboxco.com.au and current Express Postage rates will be quoted.
Our gift boxes are posted in an external mailing carton with our business logo stamped on the outside. The carton is marked with delivery instructions like: FRAGILE. Please note – while we do our utmost to ensure your gourmet box is packed securely, Australia Post does not provide a Fragile delivery service. In the unlikely event your gourmet box does not arrive in the condition you, or us here at PLGBCo. expect – damaged, broken products – please email us and we will discuss replacement options.
Orders received before 10am will generally be delivered or shipped same day – dependent on stock availability. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will generally be delivered or shipped next business day.
We prefer not to ship our chocolate products, skincare or gift boxes on a friday or Saturday so we can ensure you items remain in a temperature stable environment - upon checkout we will ask you to note when your delivery is required by so we can work within the time frame to the best of our ability (this is limited by Australia Post’s delivery times).
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & PEAK SHOPPING TIMES
While we take every care to ensure your gifts are delivered in a timely and efficient timely manner, we do not take responsibility for late orders and rushed deliveries that do not make it in time - We will not offer refunds for orders in these instances, or where incorrect shipping options were chosen.
Please note, If you order after 1pm on a Saturday, your gift will not be delivered until the monday this includes but is not limited to peak gift occasions like Mother’s/Fathers Day, Christmas and birthdays. We also are a small business with families and like to enjoy these occasions with our family to.
