📝 How to Redeem

Winners can redeem in store or online via the submission form.
⚖️ Terms & Conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: Winners must confirm proof of purchase (receipt or order number). For gifts, please provide the gifter’s name.
- Voucher Issue: A $100 or $12.90 voucher code will be generated for online users.
- Shipping: Standard shipping fees apply for online orders.
- Promotion Dates: 15 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
- Expiry Date: All vouchers and free block prizes must be redeemed by 30 June 2026.
- Ownership: For blocks that were gifted, the voucher remains the property of the ticket holder, i.e. recipient of gifts.
- Redemption: Winners can redeem prizes in store (ticket must be surrendered) or submit details online to receive a single-use discount code via email.
- Voucher Use: Each $100 voucher is valid for one transaction — the perfect excuse to stock up on your favourite treats or gift something special.
- No Cash Alternative: Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Privacy: Personal information collected will be used for internal marketing and prize fulfilment only. We will never sell or distribute your information externally.
- Verification: Boston Bay Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any claim deemed invalid, fraudulent, or unverifiable.
